We have a printer that requires #240 and #241 cartridges. I, in error, inserted a #74 cartridge of black ink. Now, I cannot remover the #74 cartridge though I have tried to wiggle it, pull it, etc. Please let me know what to do ASAP. Thank you!!

What is the make/model of your printer?
Is the issue that the carriage won't move over to access it, or that the cartridge is just physically stuck inside?
