Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, Ellen.

The WPS button is a button on your router. It usually says WPS right on it, or has an icon of a little antenna or 2 arrows chasing each other.

You'll press that briefly then complete the WPS auto setup on the printer.

Not all routers have this however, if yours does not you'd just need to set the printer up with the wifi password.

If you need more help with that process, I'm happy to advise further.

Thanks but I set up the printer with a USB cable.

You're welcome. USB setup is certainly an option as well.

If you need anymore help, just let me know.

Have a great day,
