I have a Canon Pixma MG 7120. I have checked all the paper routes. Therre is no jam but code 1311 does not clear

Paper sensor stuck. Please check again using this instruction - pull out transport unit cover check for paper or paper sensor and return it back.

I already had this instruction and checked several times . I could not clear the 1311 code.

If you can not see paper inside and still have paper sensor problem (code 1311) than service action is required. I'm sorry that I couldn't help. Anyhow I'll opt out this questioa as other JA experts can offer solution.

I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this. There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure. Is the error only showing on the computer?
