Just purchased a DocuPrint CP 116 w colour laser printer. I

Just purchased a DocuPrint CP 116 w colour laser printer. I have paired with WPS and operating wirelessly.
I can print word documents etc but cannot print PDF.
My computer is a Mac running OS X 10.10.5.
Please advise

I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message when printing a PDF file?
Are you using the application Preview or application Adobe Reader, etc. for viewing PDF files?

No error message.Using application Adobe Reader.Preview not supported.

Thank you. Please quit Adobe Reader application

, then open Finder, then drag the Adobe Reader application to the Trash

, then download / reinstall the latest Adobe Reader application a the website below, and check:

http://get.adobe.com/reader/

, then check printing.

- If that does not work,

  1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners.

  2. Hold down the Control key as you click in the list at the left, then choose “Reset printing system” from the menu that appears.

    After you reset the printing system, the list of printers in Printers & Scanners preferences is empty.

  3. Then click on the + (plus) button at the lower left corner, then add back your printer.

  4. Then check printing. When printing make sure to select the correct printer name / item in the drop-down list.

  5. If needed, restart the computer, and check.
