My cannon copier works fine, but I can't print color copies

My cannon copier works fine, but I can't print color copies generated by my computer. I have replaced the cartridge, rebooted the computer, read your on line manuals, tried manual adjustment. Nothing works. I would appreciate your help

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean it makes color copies fine, but it cannot print color from the computer? Does it print in black and white only?
Was it working fine previously with this computer?
Does this issue occur when you print a particular thing, such as a word document, a web page, an email message, a picture file, etc.? Or does it occur when printing anything?
Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or mac computer?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
