I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:
- Disconnect the printer from the computer for now if it's connected to the computer with a USB printer's cable.
, then download and install the printer's driver at the website below:
, then download / install these two scanner drivers:
, then download/install the MP Navigator EX application at the website below:
- Make sure the printer is powered on, and if the printer is connected to the computer with a USB Cable, then connect it from the printer to the computer.
- Go to the Apple logo / menu, then click on Preferences, then click on Printers & Scanners
, (and if you see any Canon printer there, then click on the Canon printer, then on the - (minus) button at the lower left corner, and remove it for now)
, then click on the + (plus) button at the lower left corner, and it should detect your Canon printer, then add it
, then check printing.
