Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

It's possible that the photo print has literally been cropped or truncated. If the print job defines a 4 by 7 inch print but it is going onto 4 by 6 inch paper stock, the last inch will be cut off (or, printed on a second page? perhaps, in such a case.)

To obviate this, look at the print job using

File - Print Preview

before sending the print job, and see whether what you see is also truncated.

Results also depend upon other settings. And on what program you are using. So please let me know what program you are printing from. And any other information about the problem that might be relevant that you would care to mention.

I am using canon print Selphy, I set it for 4 x 6 and it cuts off the photo at the top and bottom.

Can you get a Print Preview with that program?

And, what paper stock are you using, and what size is it?

Print preview is fine paper is semi-gloss 4 x 6

Check the margin settings. Top and bottom margin settings that are not 0.0 might cause the problem.
