I'm getting a "Drum Error" message. I've replaced the drum and the toner cartridge, but the printer still shows the error message. What now?

Generally Drum Error does not indicate to replace drum, in most cases it is a connector problem, which connect the drum with the logic board. One more thing, did you try to reset the printer after replacing the drum ?
