Hi, My name is ***** ***** i will be assisting you
In case you are facing print quality issues even after automated deep cleaning cycles, this indicates a clogged printhead
usually there are manual cleaning procedures that can be tried, but if they do not make any improvement the printhead needs to be replaced
i will list the exterior cleaning process below which you may try
remove cartridges and printhead
turn off printer and unplug power cord
with a cotton swab and alcohol clean the nozzles of the ink cartridge and printhead ensuring they are not clogged
also shake the ink cartridge a bit so that little ink comes out..wipe off excess ink with cotton swab
once done turn on printer and reinsert the printhead and ink cartridge and try a print
let me know if there is any difference or not
