please follow below steps on printer
Press the home button
Press the left arrow button to select Wi-Fi Setup and then press OK.
Press the OK button to select Wi-Fi Setup Wizard.
Press the up or down arrow buttons to select the name of your wireless network and press the OK button. If you do not see your wireless network's name, you can enter it manually.
Note: To enter the wireless network name manually, select Other Networks and press the OK button.
Enter your wireless password
Press the arrow buttons to highlight a character or a function button displayed on the keypad. Then press the OK button to select it.
When you finish entering characters, select Done and press the OK button.
Press the OK button to confirm Wi-Fi settings.
Select Yes if you want to print a network status report, or No if not, and press the OK button. The WiFi light should now be on, but not flashing.
let me know if it shows connected to wifif or not

done that 4 times .. shows connected ... fax works ... but can't find printer ... says network working correctly ... print out says "a router/access point channel conflict has been detected

please open the website www.teamviewer.com
in the page that opens click on start full version
it will download a file teamviewer exe
click on the file to open\run it
once its installed, the temviewer window will open
let me know the id and password ***** on left side of the window

were you able to install teamviewer and did the teamviewer window open
if yes, then in that window on left side pane you will see your id and password
type those numbers in the box in which you are replying to me
if you were unable to install teamviewer let me know

click start..search..type teamviewer
if teamviewer is installed, teamviewer will show up in search results
click on it
a teamviewer window will pop up
you will see the numbers in that window

there are no numbers in the window ... only a place to type in numbers ... but you can't type them in

seems its the same problem that you are experiencing with the printer
a router conflict
since your printer shows connected to router, it seems we need to refresh the connection for all devices
please follow the below sequence
turn off computer, printer and router
turn them on as following
turn on computer...once you reach windows desktop, turn on router
once connected to internet, turn on printer
once printer in on try the below
on your computer, click start..devices and printer
click on add printer option on top and in add printer wizard follow the steps to add the printer
