Hi there,
This is caused by a problem with the print spooler.
You will need to rename the spool printer and driver files:
a. Click Start type cmd and right-click cmd.exe, select Run as administrator.
b. At the command prompt, type the following commands (press ENTER after each)
c. Rename %systemroot%\System32\Spool\Printers to Printers.old
d. Rename %systemroot%\System32\Spool\Drivers to Drivers.old
e. Exit
