Had a paper jam, removed paper from back of printer, now I have a message that says "unable to print error 5A" What can I do to fix this problem?

I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this. There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure. Is it the same number every time?

can you get the cartridges out and put them back in again ?

something is blocking the print head from moving. check for anything that might be jammed in it or see if you can move it a little bit on the carriage without forcing it.
