I have an Epson workforce 645 all in one. I have replace the ink cartridges (all four) but my printer is still telling me to replace my ink cartridges, it is not recognizing the new cartridges I've just put in. This is the second time I have put in new cartridges in two days the first pack I figure they were no good so I took them back to office max & they gave me a new pack. Now with this new pack it's still saying the same thing. Do you know what's going on? Please help I cannot afford a Epson Tech to come out to my home.

remove ink cartridges and turn off printer
unplug power cord
keep the ON button printer pressed for 10 secs
wait for 2 mins
plug in power cord
turn on printer
check if you have removed the yellow tape from the bottom of the ink cartridge
insert the ink cartridges ensuring they click into place
close the scanner cover
the ink should charge
wait for 2 mins and then try a print
let me know the status and i will suggest further accordingly
