I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?

If you have another computer or device, is it still printing fine on it?

Are you still able to make a copy on the printer (not print from the computer)?

Is the printer connected to the computer with a printer USB cable? Or is the connection wireless? If it's wireless, what's the status of the wireless / Wi-Fi light / icon on the printer?

What happened when you reinstalled the printer driver / software? Did it finish? Or did give any error or message?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or mac computer?
