I am able to p[rint from my I phone but am unable to scan anything on the printer. I am uding a Bigpond ADSL router.

I was using Airprint from my Iphone.Scanning was working previously.Error message was T07

Is the program called Control Center? What's the full error or message?

Can you try to scan this way:

1. Click on Start, All programs, Accessories, Paint
2. Click on the tiny down arrow icon or menu icon at the top left corner in Paint program
3. Click on Scan from scanner or camera...
4. Scan... and save.

basicallythe machine (printer ) cannot detect a WLAN access point /router that has WPSor AOSS enabled.

Sorry, were you able to scan in Paint program?

Can we do a remote session, so that I will be able to troubleshoot this issue directly on your computer and fix it for you?
