I have an HP 2420d printer that works fine. It has a duplexer

I have an HP 2420d printer that works fine. It has a duplexer and Trays 2 and 3 installed. It is connected to a Dell running Windows 7 Pro that has Microsoft Office 2013 installed. When I open a PDF file, the menu allows me to specify the tray (i.e. Tray 2, Tray 3 is selected by default) from which I wish to print, but when I use Office I cannot do this; documents print from the tray that is automatically selected.

The HP Printer Diagnostic Tools software says I have the proper driver for the 2420d installed and I believe this to be true because everything works perfectly when I am printing a PDF document.

What can I do to permit me to choose to print from Tray 2 when using Office 2013?
