I have run a test for ink nozzle but it still wont print
Welcome, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will assist you today!

Are all three epson printers running into the same issue?

Or, is it only the R280 ?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

onyly R280

Thanks Elaine.

When you run the nozzle check test, does it put any ink on the paper at all?

Also, do you have any of the old epson cartridges, even if they were almost empty.. Did you keep any of them after you installed the remanufactured tanks?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

No I do not have any old cartridges. I give them t staples this week.

Yes there was a faint ink on the nozzle test.

I still have plenty of the remanufactured stuff....

May I ask how many times you have run the nozzle test Elaine?

only once today and I dont do it regularly could the ink have caused theproblem?

The ink very well could have caused the issue.. Or.. It could just be ink residue and build up over time.

Lets try this, lets run through the entire cleaning steps below.

After running through all those steps, run a nozlle check test again..

let me know if anything changes at all.

Thank you Dustin......It started printing all by itself without cleaning.

Will try cleaning it tomorrow just to make sure

Not a problem Elaine.. And your welcome..

The printer must have " heard" us discussing cleaning it, and decided to start acting right!

If you run into any further issues, dont hesitate to let me know.
