Where do I find the "menu"?
Why can I not simply choose the apprpriate iundex card size from the printer menu?
Either way, the setup on the Brother does not work, so I have returned to my old Canon iP1600 Pixma printer, which does the job just as well.

This is the menu button on your Brother printer itself
