are you sure it was not a B200 error rather than 8200. B200 is an abnormal print head voltage. The voltage to and from the print head is monitored by the printer diagnostics and B200 means that voltage is abnormally high. First thing to do is to remove the ink cartridges in case a faulty one is causing the issue.
If the problem is there regardless of ink cartridge insertion then the print head itself has likely burnt out i'm afraid to say.

The print head part number QY6-0073000 should you chose to go the replacement route.
