1)Turn on the computer


2) Press and Hold F11 to start the recovery process

You didn't give an answer on reinstalling the back-up disk. I assume I just put them in but I want to make sure there aren't any other things I need to do first.

you do not need any disk

the restore partition is in the hard drive it self you just need to initiate

justprinters :

turn the computer off first

justprinters :

wait for 1 min

justprinters :

turn on the computer and keep hitting the F11 key to initiate factory restore.
