Click start

in the search box type services.msc

Click on the services option

in the window that appears locate the entry for print spooler.

Right click and select stop.

Close the window.

Repeat the above steps and this time start the print spooler service.

once done try taking out a print and let me know

the system restore should reverse any changes to the system that might have caused the issue to occour.



click start...in the search box type system restore

in the window that appears, restore computer to earlier date and time and click next
select a date may be a week or 2 back when system was running fine and click next
follow the onscreen steps

  1. Touch the ATM button next to the Setup icon in the lower-left corner of the control panel.



  2. Touch the right arrow button to select Tools , and then touch OK .



  3. Touch the right arrow button to select Printer Status Report , and then touch OK . The product prints the Printer Status Report report.
