Resolved Question:

My Canon MP620 printer states "Error Cassette -- there is no paper -- load paper and press OK". However, I have paper in the printer though the Cassette does not seem to grab the paper... What can I do?

Hi there and thank you for contacting JustAnswer. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I'd be glad to assist you.

Are you sure you are putting paper in the right spot? Reason I ask this is because I got a similar model a little awhile ago and had the same issue. I was loading paper in the back. This is not where the paper goes. There is a small drawer below where the paper comes out - this is the cassette. Load the paper in there and fit the guides properly and slide the drawer back in.

Let me know if this worked.

Best Regards,
Brandon

Wolla -- it worked! However, when I click print from the computer the printer does print the requested document. What should I do?

What operating system are you running? Windows? Mac OS X? Also, what version?

Mac, how do I find out what version it is?
Expert:  Brandon M. replied 6 years ago.
Under the Apple menu, choose About This Mac. The version number is in the middle.

I just realized that the too many printing jobs were ordered -- I cleared them all and it's working now. Many thanks! :)
