1. Click Start , point to All Programs , point to Accessories , and then click Paint .
2. Click File , and then click From Scanner or Camera .
3. Make any desired setting changes.
4. Click Scan .

Please tell me how to access "file" from paint screen.

If your using windows 7 rather than a file button on the paint screen on the top left will be a paint icon. Click on that and then click on from scanner or camera. If your using a different version of windows and file is not there press alt on the keyboard. Please let me know if anything is greyed out.

Unfortunately, your answer was not helpful, but I nevertheless appreciate your efforts; accordingly I had intended to "accept" your answer, however I have noticed that my debit card has already been charged (as of 6/15/10). If I still need to "accept" your answer in order for you to be paid, please advise me accordingly. Please ensure that my card is not charged again.
