My gas pedal on my 986 Boxster is not responding.
The car starts, but remains idling regardless of pedal position.
Any ideas on what the problem may be?

if this has a throttle cable and it most likely does, the cable may have broken or either end come loose. If you tell me which engine this has, the 2.7l or 3.2l, I'll lookup the location of that cable and/or if it has a throttle position sensor or not, also.
