I have a 1999 porsche carrera. When i turn the ignition switch to start the engine nothing
happens. The car has a new battery, I have checked both clutch switches and all the fuses
still nothing

If the clutch switches are good and the battery is new, then the electrical portion of the ignition switch has failed.
