The PD error message means; Power supply interrupted, unit running on battery backup. You might have a connection issue or simply no voltage going to the controller, possibly a blown fuse, bad circuit board, faulty wiring or controller, tripped breaker or GFCI, or some other issue causing the problem. The best thing to do is start at the controller and verify it is receiving the proper voltage, if so most likely a bad controller, if not then work backwards until you locate the source of the electrical problem.
