My drain valve has a slow leak. Should I repair or replace?

Contractor's Assistant: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?

Slow drip its a 2007 Marin 880 I just refilled after a year.

Contractor's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Yes

Contractor's Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?

Thats all facts. Perhaps I can remove 2 water lines coming into shut-off valve and reseat?

The simple answer is that spa drain valves really are not worth trying to rebuild them, since replacement parts are hard to find. It is much better to replace the valve. If you need a couple of suppliers, just let me know.
