I purchased a Century pool motor model B855. question, I am looking for the instructions or diagram on how to wire the motor up since the one I replaced the wiring inside the motor was too damage to follow. I did try wiring the pump nut as soon as I turn on the breaker the pool starts
JA: Who manufactured the pool?
Customer: pool is 25 years old don't remember
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes I have already replaced the pool pump

was there just an L1 and L2 when you wired?

hard to tell as the old motor was so fried that all the wires were burn to a crisp. I do know that new motor has a white wire coming from inside of the motor connected to L2 .
