Customer Question

We replaced the air switch in the Jacuzzi spa but the new one is doing the same thing as the one we removed. Turns on, some times after pressing a few times, then it does not shut off.
JA: Who manufactured the spa?
Customer: Jacuzzi spa, Emerson pump
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes, I have the access panel open.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: the heater works, jets all work.

IF you get not getting a fault shown on the control panel, and have replaced the sensor, its most likely a faulty PCB.

The main panel is clearly getting the correct reading from the sensor but not reading the inputs correctly, hence why its not always switching on and off when expected

There is no PCB. It is a # 4305 air actuated switch that turns the pump on and off. I seem to know more about this than you do.
