Customer Question

Hi.. I have an Auqalink RS6. Woke up this AM and the Spa was running. Use Spa last night, but turned it off. Right now Spa is running but light on RS6 is off. If I push the Spa button to run it on, it says Spa is off. Pool pump will not run without the spa running???? Help
JA: Who manufactured the spa?
Customer: not sure... was installed prior to buying the house... part of an ingrained pool installation.. not a stand alone spa
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: depends.. if it's not too complicated or just a matter of settings...yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: That's pretty much it... Happened a few months ago.. but corrected itself after a few on - off's, etc.. but not this time... so far anyway

Hi...No answers yet from you. Why have you charged me??

This will not be a matter of settings.

Unfortunately it is likely a upper board defect. This will require troubleshooting with a meter.

If you are comfortable with that I can direct.
