Have you used the spa much since the element was replaced? Did you replace the element yourself?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Repairman replaced. Used only once maybe 3 days after.

Is the water level low? Have you replaced the filter recently?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Water level is good. Just cleaned filter before element was replaced. Was thinking of buying new ones
Expert:  WHENRWE replied 11 months ago.

While it is not the best habit to get in to you can run the spa without the filter for about an hour or so and see if the water heats up. Does it feel like the pump is moving water?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Everything seems to be working fine

The spa is working fine now?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I'm going to try removing the filters. Last question, I'm running 2 filters, one regular and one eco purchase. The repairman says that I could run just 2 regular filters but swap them every other month. Is this OK to do
Expert:  WHENRWE replied 11 months ago.

Yes, that is perfectly okay to do. Please let me know if it heats up without the filters and don't hesitate to contact me with any other questions. Thanks!
