Customer Question

I can
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: I can't get the small re-circulation pump to run. I did find a jumper laying in the bottom of the circuit board box and I don't know which position it should go on
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes putting on a jumper is simple
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The tub ran fine when I shut it down for the summer. I did take all of the water out and I did clean the flow switch. The main motor/pump just had new bearings and seal
JA: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: Just tried to start it up after being off for the summer. No circulation/ no heater operation so fairly severe.
