Thanks! I just got a new filter and high temp/temp sensor. When I looked at the tempo sensor last week it had been cut and poorly repaired which is why I bought the new one, which has both sensors. One question I have is how to install it. Does it just get pushed all the way into the hole or does a little bit of it need to stick out. I hope that makes sense.
Expert:  Billy replied 11 months ago.

the sensor gets fully seated to make as much contact with the well as possible.

If too much sticks out you will get a false reading.

Any other questions please let me know.

I also thank you for being polite even though you had to wait so long. I really appreciate that.
