Tested power from board to circ pump. It just loses power then you hear Heater water boiling.
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 10 months ago.

Does the heater heat the water up?

Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 10 months ago.

Since the problem seems to be more with the pump not coming on leads me to believe the problem isnt with the board so much as it is the air or pressure switch.

I am going to share an article with you to look over and see if this is what you are experiencing

Sometimes its not even the switch is bad but clogged in there. You will also need to check that the pump is not clogged as well.

Flow sensor is after the circ pump
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 10 months ago.

I am sorry what do you mean?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
There is no pressure switch but a flow sensor that is kick on by the circ pump
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 10 months ago.

Ok that makes sense sorry yes that one. I dont have your particular model so I am just stating what is typical was all. Sorry about that.

Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 10 months ago.

Are you able to inspect the flow sensor or the pump to make sure the pump is not clogged?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Circ pump pumping water in turn closes sensor allowing heater to turn on.
