It sounds like somehow the filter mode is set on 12 which would have it run 24 hours a day. This happens frequently. Depending on your model normally you push the light button down until you see a number and then the warm/cool button to move it up or down. Normally we see it set for 2 (4 hours in 24 run time) to 4 for heavy use. If that does not work, you can cut the power off for 15 minutes and it should reset to default. That means that after power is cut the tub will come on within 6 minutes and run it's set filter time and then turn off, and the temperature will be set to 98 degrees and will need to be reset to the setpoint you want. If that does not work, call Nordic as the tub is still under warranty if you bought from a dealer.
