WHat is the brand and model number of your unit?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hayward model H150fd .Turn it on ,temp comes on ,sounds comes on likes its coming on, then it will say, service and say Lo.
Expert:  Rick replied 1 year ago.

Ok, LO is an open limit string error. This means one of the safety devices in the control circuit is preventing the unit from firing up. Let me know if you want to troubleshoot this. You'll need at least some minimal wiring knowledge to do so.
