Customer Question

We recently put in an Intex 16' X 52' feet pool. After a few days of working correctly after salt was put in, the Intex chlorinator is now turning itself off. The sun is too bright to read it. We took our water to be tested and it is 3100 ppm which should be ideal. Any suggestions on how to keep our chlorinator working. The water test did show very low chlorine.
