I have a Hayward H series heater...lights are on but nobody

Customer Question

I have a Hayward H series heater...lights are on but nobody seems to be home. Display shows water temp. but that's it. Will not adjust heat, switch to spa, pool or standby and will not adjust temp. Heater will not turn on and no noises or any other indications. Flow is fine and have cycled power on and off several times. Filter is directly wired to box with a switch.

Hello, I amCustomer/p>

If your unit does not list a fault code and just temp it should let you do temperature changes, just to make sure there is a dip switch on the back of that control board, make sure it is set to off.

But most likely part will need replacing.
