Customer Question

Hi I have a laars lite 2 which keeps tripping the electrics. I have replaced the gas valve but still have the same problem. Even when the boiler main switch is off if I turn the fuse spur on it will just trip.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Any ideas?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I'm a gas safe registered engineer
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Not really I can't test anything else as, as soon as I turn on the power to the boiler it trips.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Pool Technician about your situation and then connect you two.
Customer: I disconnected the live and neutral on the boiler side and turned the power on and it stayed on
