I have an artesian sp type santa cruz. The cascade waterfall doe not give any water and the jacuzzi goes on DR of Dry. Serveral startups want help. Everthing works incluse the air jets

It sounds like the circulation pump in your spa which feeds the waterfall is not working and probably bad and needs replacing. The DRY is most likely because the same pump feeds water through the heater and if pump is dead no heat. The circulation pump is usually in the front section of the spa behind control box inside spa, it will be the smallest of all the pump and has the lowest HP. Remove and replace pump if you test voltage at the pump and it is good.
