i got a new heater for my aspen hotub its been in for a week but it only gets hot to 92 why doesnot get to a lo2

Chances are, is that it wasn't the heater that was the problem to begin with, so you may have just replaced a part that was still good. When a spa stops heating everyone just assumes it's the heater itself, but there are sensors, pressure switches, flow switches, high limits, thermostats, and circuit boards, that are also all part of the heater circuit. So if any one of those things goes bad, then the spa stops heating. So, with that being said, do you have a meter, as the first thing we need to do is see if the heater actually has vintage going to it.

Sorry, has voltage going to it
