Have you opened up the equipment compartment down below. Normally on the Leisure bay models, they used to put the ID tag inside that compartment stuck to the spa shell right behind the spa control box or somewhere close to that vicinity. If you can't find anything in there, you can post me a couple pictures of the filter area and I can probably get you the filter number you'll need.
