Customer Question

I have a calspa 2100 series. The temp continues to rise. I understand calspa has a limit of 104, but, now it doesnt stop there any more. It will get hotter and hotter till 110+ and then read OH. What could be the problem.

It could be the board relays fused together, but I first I'd like to ask you if the heater indicator light goes off when it reaches the set temperature. If it does, and keeps heating, then it's a problem on the board. Was anything in particular done before it started overheating? Pump changed or anything like that?
