I have a California cooperage hot tub. Won't stay running

I have a California cooperage hot tub. Won't stay running after a minute or so. Red light that indicates heat is flashing. Tried jumping flow switch didn't help the problem. Also control panel seems to be disabled. Inside wiring diagram shows this to be a DU-70. Looking for any ideas u can offer

do you have a meter to ohm the sensors for us?

just because the tub is older I changed the sensors, and the pressure switch. I still have the same condition on the tub.

Yeah, I have good flow, new filter, and I even pulled the filter and tried that. No restrictions on the suction and discharge side of the pump. I'm stumped
