Have a optima 2001. First picking up fault Flo but heater

Have a optima 2001. First picking up fault Flo but heater would operate on duration cycle so I bought new sensor in filter. Now reading. Sn1. Sn3 so I bought hi limit and replaced. Still same. Do have spare electronic board

OK so FLO is for Flow switch next to heater assembly SN1 Sn3 is sensors ie. Thermostat High limit Flow switch, if all of these are new then it is the circuit board itself. If you have a spare board replace it.
