Spa Depot provided a Gecko 240 volt replacement pump

Customer Question

Spa Depot provided a Gecko 240 volt replacement pump (02115005-1010). The crux? The old pump (02115519-2) was 115 volt. (I leaned later I could have purchased the 115 volt pump from Canada) Okay, no big deal...My fuse box is 10 feet away. I set up a 240 dedicated feed +GFCI...Wait, this is not going to deliver 220 to my pump without some kind of adjustment to the Spabuilder switch. What exactly is that adjustment?

it could be done but would be very rudimentary with relays and wiring. It would be best to get a correct voltage motor.....or you end up with a separate 220 feed to a relay which is closed by the 115v signal
