my 2005 master spa down east indicates "Ice" and the pumps won't stop running. it heats to the correct temperature setting and everything else seems to be okay.

the ice of course means it sensed a potential freeze condition..which in your case is either a bad temp sensor or board. If you have the schematic you can locate and test the sensor for resistance
