Customer Question

Hello. My caldera spa is not working. I have replaced the main circuit board, heater board, heater, circ pump, top control panel, thermostat between circ pump and heater and high limit switch. There is a big green light on inside panel and two red lights. Control unplugged andD17. The top control panel has four dashes.
