I have removed all my plaster in my 27x25' 8' deep raising

I have removed all my plaster in my 27x25' long 8' deep raising up to a shallow 3' deep pool.
leaving a pitted gunite mess. I grinded the whole pool to a semi smooth feel and I want to epoxy coat it but I need to lay a thin layer of concret to cover all the pitted area's. what or how do you suggest I accomplish this by?

hello, your best bet is to use White Portland Cement.

You will want good prep (nothing loose) and apply as a pudding type consistency. Work until surface weeps and then let set
