Customer Question

I have a caldera spa and I cannot adjust the temperature. It is stuck on 86. When I push the temp up or down it does not adjust the temperature. It displayed UT-4. Before I could adjust till I was on the desired temp and hit set and the heat would put the water at the temp.

I received the key pad and now I can set the temp. However, the temp remains at 77 degrees and will not heat up
Expert:  Billy replied 2 years ago.

thank you.....now...at 77, does the unit continue to run?...or shut off like it thinks it is satisfied?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Everything seems to be running properly.
Expert:  Billy replied 2 years ago.

so the unit continues to run? or cycles off? heater)

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
It continues to run.

Billy all the jets function, lights function, clean mode functions. There is a flow at the bottom of the tub where it continuously cycles the water when the jets are not on. I am now able to set the temp at 104 but it fluctuates between 77 and 78 which I am guessing is just because of the outside temp and the cover on it.

We changed the heater out about 8 months ago.
